Trip Summary
CaribeSail is taking you to one of the world’s greatest holiday experiences – sailing around the British Virgin Islands and the Caribbean’s most stunning setting. We take care of the boat and provide the captain (if you need one). All you need to do is gather your friends, sign-up to join up with a group of yachts, and prepare for an unforgettable experience. The BVI Yacht Week event will be between 20-40 yachts (60-320 people).

Estimated Costs
Trip Deposit
A 50% deposit is required at least 30 days prior to reserve your spot. The balance is due by February 16, 2012. If you cancel 60 days prior to departure, there is a 50% deposit refund. No returns on cancellations less than 60 days prior, (some exceptions allowed.) If you must cancel and your spot is filled, your deposit is returned

Trip Costs - Don't Miss These Discounted Rates!!
Sanctuary or equivalent yacht can be chartered for a special discounted rate of $5,000 for the entire 7 days for a maximum group of 6 (based on double occupancy). Individual/couple rates are as follows:
Blue Moon or equivalent yacht can be chartered for a special discounted rate of $5,500 for the week)!!!! Blue Moon can comfortably accommodate 6 individuals based on double occupancy and can hold up to 8 (the fourth cabin is smaller). Individual/couple rates are as follows:

Other Expenses
It is customary to provide a gratuity to the captain and the crew and also cover dinners when ashore. Gratuities range between 10-15% of the trip costs ($160 and $250 for the captain and $80 - $125 for crew). Dinners and drinks can be expensive, so plan a budget of $50-$60 a night or eat aboard. Each captain will work out a specific menu ahead of schedule. If your provisions include specialty items or dinners aboard, those items will be charged at cost. The captain will present a receipt for the items when you arrive.
